A few years ago I realized I was living the default plan and I wasn’t very happy about that and so began a new, exciting and meaningful path; one filled with mindfulness, meditation and manifestation.

I will highlight some of my favorite thought-provoking leaders of the day like Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Bruce Lipton and Gregg Braden and others who are on the cutting edge of blending science and spirit so that we learn to live our lives deliberately instead of the programmed life we grew up with.

In recent times the mystery behind meditation and concepts like the Law of Attraction has been slowly revealed, measured and is actually based on scientific reality. The result is a new era of research into the brain and body, mind and consciousness and a way to connect new scientific concepts with ideas about creating reality that have been around forever.

What Meditation Can Do For You

This is really an exciting field. The benefits of mindfulness and meditation are incredible. Meditation has been shown to greatly reduce anxiety and increase your energy. People have reported that they go from seeing situations or things as problems to opportunities for growth, and moving from an attitude of disempowerment to one of gratitude and inspiration, making internal changes that are projected into the outside world.

In this world of ever-increasing stress and pressure from everyday life, we are left drained and unhappy. Meditation and Mindfulness can lead a way back to increased vitality and a purposeful life.

So I’ll give you my first lesson which is Gratitude. Taking the time to appreciate your surroundings and the people you are around can greatly improve your day. Do this on a daily basis and you will improve your week and then months.
